The Crystal Balance training concept consists of a Basic Course (three days) and an Advanced Training (eight days).

The Basic Course is the foundation of the Crystal Balance concept. It provides profound insights into Crystal Balance and focuses on treatments for the face and décolleté. Graduates are authorised to performe Chrystal Balance treatments for the face and décolleté and to advertise them as Crystal Balance.
Furthermore the Basic Course is the pre-requisit to enrol in the Advanced Training, which teaches the Crystal Balance full body massage and authorises graduates to perform these treatments and advertise them as Crystal Balance.

Crystal Balance – Basic Course

The Basic Course unites basic knowledge in analytical and intuitive crystal healing according to Michael Gienger, with focus on the crystals used in the Crystal Balance treatments for the face "Reveal the true beauty" and for the décolleté "Feel free".

Topics of the Crystal Balance Basic Course:

• The Crystal Balance face and décolleté massage
• Basic knowledge in crystal healing regarding the crystals used in the Crystal Balance treatments
• Hands-on exercises with crystal spheres, rods and palmstones
• Application and effect of the Crystal Balance Oils
• Crystal water
• Application of singing bowls
• Relaxation of the temporomandibular joint using Smoky Quartz and tuning fork

Upon successful completion, each participant receives a certificate, which entitles to perform the original Crystal Balance face and décolleté massage.

Crystal Balance – Advanced Training

The holistic hands-on therapy with crystals, scents and sound.

The Crystsal Balance full body massage can be learned by anybody and be applied in a professional as well as private environment.

The Crystal Balance full body massage consists of seven treatments from head to toes. These modules unite to a full body massage of up to two hours. For different body parts there are special crystal rods, spheres and palmstones. These are heated by candles, together with the crystal oils, which were especially developed by Monika Grundmann to enhance the beneficial effects of the massages.

Furthermore, the single components of the full body massage can easily be integrated into other treatments and can be combined freely with other applications or supplement these.

Moreover, one day will be dedicated the crystal wellness, i.e. the Joya®Roller, crystal combs, crystal stamps, the Chí Stimulator, Hot-Stones, crystal cosmetics, ect. At the same time, on this day concepts will be discussed on how to apply Crystal Balance successfully, i.e. Marketing & PR, pricing, legal aspects ect.

At present the Crystal Balance seminars and training are primarily conducted in Germany and Switzerland, but planning for international training is in process.
